Tutoring Policies

   Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before the session. Later cancellations and no-shows are charged in full.

   That hour was saved for your kid, and I can't fill it on short notice.

   If I cancel, you're not charged, and we find a new time.

   Your time matters as much as mine.

   A late start still ends on time and is charged in full.

   The next student starts on time, just like yours does.

   Sessions are paid in advance.

   Nobody chases anybody, and our time goes to the math.

   Prepaid sessions expire 60 days after payment and aren't refunded.

   Sixty days leaves plenty of room for a sick week or a family trip.

   Month to month, no contract. Stop anytime by telling me before the next session.

   You stay because it's working, not because you signed something.

   For in-person sessions at your home, a parent or guardian is home during the session.

   It keeps everyone comfortable, your kid and me included.

   Distant locations may carry a travel fee, agreed before the first session.

   You always know the full cost before we start.
